Rubik, Southampton

The Rubik in Southampton is an eleven-storey, 139-unit student residence being constructed using MY-Fab’s volumetric MMC system. Collaborating with Jefferson Sheard Architects, MY-Fab is designing and manufacturing the building with a whole-room volumetric system. Most of the work is being carried out in MY-Fab’s Northampton factory, ensuring high quality and adherence to the project timeline. This approach guarantees the successful opening of The Rubik for the 2025 academic year, showcasing MY Construction Group's commitment to innovative and efficient construction solutions.
